GS-EES at virtual career fair
The GS-EES and POLiS operated a virtual booth together with KIT colleagues at the "Resarch in Germany" Virtual Fair, in which hundreds of international early career researchers participated. Prof. Dr. Axel Groß, one of the POLiS spokespersons, and Dr. Johannes Schnaidt, Managing Director of the Graduate School EES, informed early career researchers about the structured qualification program, the intensive support during the PhD process, and the measures for career promotion at POLiS. As at real fairs, the participants had the opportunity to get flyers and watch information videos at the booths. The communication with the stand supervisors took place via a chat. A total of 25 German universities and research institutions presented themselves at the fair, which was organized by the German Academic Exchange Service.
