Youg researches support

CELEST will offer a platform for training of early career researchers. Doctoral Researchers will benefit from structured qualification, scientific training and training of transferable skills as well as career support. Two Graduate Schools will be established until end of 2018: SIMET (already running) and the GS-EES (starting from October 2018).

Post-Lithium Excellence Cluster granted

The proposal for a cluster of excellence on “Energy Storage Beyond Lithium” by UUlm and KIT, with participation from ZSW and JLU Giessen won in the final round of the German Excellence Strategy. A fantastic success for the recently founded research platform CELEST coordinating the electrochemical energy storage activities at Ulm & Karlsruhe.
